Dear Marie and Paul,
Thank you so much for our gorgeous new kitchen! To say John and I
are delighted with it is an understatement. Before it was a
typical basic kitchen: not enough storage, so all our appliances
were strewn over every available surface.
When we were gathering quotes, you were the only company who saved
us time by coming to our house in the evening, to measure up,
advise the best kind of kitchen for our needs, deliver our
quotation and design, and provide sample doors and work tops. Your
suggestions for the design were genuine and helped to balance the
look of the whole kitchen…It was a great help to us, and it was
never about you adding things on just to bump up the bill – they
were valid suggestions based on your experience.
From the first meeting we were confident in your knowledge and in
the quality of the materials you would use. On the first day Paul
set the precedent by arriving bright and early. Day by day I
watched the kitchen take shape, and got stupidly excited by every
little change in detail. The attention to detail was remarkable, I
was impressed with the quality checks along the way.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Marie and Paul at Niche
Kitchens. The quality of the units and work is stunning, and if
there are any changes to the schedule, Paul keeps you informed
every step of the way.
In fact, if I knew anyone who was thinking about having a new
kitchen, I would practically insist they use Niche.

How many times when you consider having a new kitchen are you put off by the pushy salesperson, the unrealistic cost or the fact that you would have to live in mess for weeks on end.
We had spent weeks walking around showrooms, talking to salespeople who were more interested in selling you what they wanted and not listening to what we wanted and had got to a point where we wondered whether it was worth continuing when we heard about Niche. And that is where things changed.
From the first meeting at our home we felt comfortable that Paul and Marie had our best interests at heart and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with the whole process. From initial design to completion their professionalism and care shone through and although we can be very demanding nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of Paul’s work is excellent and his attention to detail is second to none. He gave us a schedule at the beginning and kept us up to date with developments at all stages.
The quality of the units is also superb and the way in which Paul has overcome obstacles is commendable.
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Niche has transformed a dated kitchen into a state of the ultra modern cooking and eating space which is now admired by everyone who sees it at a cost we would never have believed possible.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Niche to anyone. They are true professionals who are head and shoulders above any of their competition.

Our experience with Niche has been extremely positive. We have
been offered a wide range of kitchen appliances and been well
advised throughout. Overall we feel our new fitted kitchen is
excellent and have found Niche to be extremely reliable and
approachable regarding any concerns we had. We are very pleased
with our new kitchen and more than satisfied with the service
provided.
We found the home design service Niche offered to be better than
travelling to a Showroom, as a wide range of kitchens were
offered. We are highly satisfied with the end result and would

Dear Paul and Marie,
Thank you for our
newly fitted kitchen. Overall we feel our new kitchen is
excellent, from both the quality of the kitchen to the fitting
standards. As you know, we needed building work consisting of
knocking through a wall from the kitchen to the utility room to
complete the kitchen we wanted for our home. We would have had a
new kitchen earlier, only the quotations we have previously
received were not within our budget.
Further more, to
re-fit a new kitchen in the previous layout would have made no
difference to the style of our kitchen and proved pointless to us.
Therefore it was a relief for us to find a home design service,
whereby you come to us without expecting us to travel to a
Showroom. The same product range as any other company, however
your service levels were brilliant and you provided a price which
remained within our budget.
Ian and I were extremely relieved the entire kitchen was completed
within the specified time scale. On occasions, as building work
consisted within our kitchen, we realised a great deal of work is
undertaken when completing a kitchen from design to finish, to
have a reliable and competent company do this for us was
refreshing. We found Paul very approachable who rectified or
explained any queries which we may have found. His service was
always friendly, reliable and honest. We will highly recommend
Niche to our family and friends. Thank you once again.

Dear Paul and Marie,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for a truly beautiful kitchen.
From my first contact with Niche I found them to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. I was impressed with the way they conducted their first meeting. At no time did I feel under any obligation, they listened carefully to my specification to deliver my requirements.
On the first day and throughout the kitchen being fitted, Paul kept me up to date on what appliances can and can't be used. This was very useful to me when I got home from work. Paul was very tidy throughout and careful not to leave tools lying around. Paul also gave extra thought if things cropped upthat had not been discussed, for example: within my old sink and cupboard I had a medium size water meter on display (did not look good). Paul covered this up by putting an extra small door on the front of it.
The quality of the kitchen I had chosen was better than what I had imagined. Overall I have found both Marie and Paul extremely helpful, honest, trustworthy and very approachable. I have already made reccommendations to my friends and family. Comments from my friends so far have included "WOW! Niche have done a good job."
