On your first visit a range of brochures are supplied, allowing you to choose from a wide variety of doors in the comfort of your own home. Paul will take an outline of your kitchen, detecting any obstructions or legal responsibilities. Marie will discuss your detailed specification with you, including: Appliances, colour & range choices and your design preference. This visit will take approximately ½ hour of your time.

For your second visit a design is produced, including a detailed breakdown of cost and contract. Whilst Marie listens intently to your specification, Niche will also ensure practicality, style and comfort are key features of your design. It is most important for Paul and Marie to establish your view on both the design and cost in the second visit. Every kitchen is as individual as you are, therefore customer feedback is vital when confirming the necessity of further visits.
